Yes, it's the beginning of summer and not too many folks are thinking of big, fat, beautiful flakes and making sweet turns. But personally, I think of skiing & snowboarding year-round! And when November comes around, those who are interested in trying it for the first time might have a LOT of questions! What can I expect when I get to the mountain? What should I wear? YourMountain.org  The map depicts a fictional "AnyMountain USA" ski area and allows the user to click around and learn more about everything skiing & snowboarding! The main theme of the application is that, if you're new to the sport, you're going to get the most out of your first experiences if you "Go With A Pro!.


Karma Army has partnered with the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) and the Association of American Snowboard Instructors (AASI) to help those First Timers get into the sport armed with as much information as possible, in order to help ensure a positve First Time...so they can come back again & again and become lifetime skiers and boarders like so many of us!
